A results-driven leader with deep expertise in consumer markets, sales strategy, and performance marketing. He played a key role in major mergers, stabilizing assets and exceeding turnaround goals. As a recruiter and trainer, he launched 18 markets and led executive hiring for Krispy Kreme in Arizona.
He later excelled in national sales and digital marketing, earning multiple President’s Club awards. A passionate educator, he’s spoken at Pima County College and developed marketing curriculums for small business owners.
In performance marketing, Ed built one of the largest aged data sets in the industry and helped expand NuHome into 20 states as Sr. VP of Sales and Strategic Partnerships, where he still serves on the board.
Over the past six years, he’s launched 19+ companies focused on lead generation, sales scaling, and strategic
growth. Now based in Wellington, Florida, Ed is an investor known for forecasting market trends and building meaningful partnerships.
David began his career in finance, managing institutional fixed income portfolios at firms like Triton Global and RBC Dain Rauscher, handling up to $750M in assets. Though successful, he discovered his passion for people and sales, leading him into the education debt consolidation space, where he quickly scaled a team from 50 to 300 agents.
Recognizing the power of lead generation and aged data in sales success, David took on a Director role at a South Carolina call center, growing the team from 4 to 200 agents in under 18 months. He led major campaigns for billion-dollar utility companies like Duke Energy, So-Cal Gas & Electric, and CPS Energy, building long-term client trust and loyal teams.
Driven by vision and a consultative approach, David returned to New Jersey to found Solar Direct Marketing, a performance marketing company that quickly rose to #187 on the Inc. 5000 list. After merging with Connecting the Dots to form Connection Holdings, he expanded services across multiple verticals—Solar, Energy, Health, Debt, and more—offering real-time leads, aged data, and tech solutions. David now lives in Miami, Florida, where he prioritizes time with his wife and children, often traveling to stay connected with family no matter the distance.
